P90X Round III (Day 36~ CS&T)

P90X – End of Week 4 = Phase 1 =

bit.ly (my blog) **Sorry for my lack of energy in the video. I was running on about 2-3 hours of sleep–since Sunday. ** So comes the end of Week Four and Phase One of P90X. It’s been an awesome ride so far. Week Four was mostly cardiovascular work throughout the week. It’s all about core strength, balance, and flexibility. I have noticed that my balance has improved slightly. Hopefully in Phase Two I’ll see more improvements. Yoga X and Core Synergistics are my biggest challenges. But I had a breakthrough… I can successfully do Downward Dog and hold it for more that 10 seconds! Phase 1 Complete. Down about 25 pounds Starting Phase 2 with P90x Doubles Nutrition = Raw Diet (no meats, no cooked foods)
